1. Air Drying Clay Easter Eggs

Kids can choose patterns, their favourite cartoon character, or an animal to bring their polymer clay eggs to life. 2. DIY Bunny Ears

Make your own bunny ears with this fun idea from Jane at Buzzmills. If the kids want to make a full transformation, this easy project can be coupled with some simple bunny face paint. To get started, cut some bunny ears out of card stock and use origami paper, paint, pencils, or markers to decorate the inside part of the ear. Next, all you need to do is staple on some elastic to create the headband and you’re ready to go. This is up there with one of our favourite Easter crafts for kids. T

3. Easter Checkers

If you have some empty egg cartons lying around, Tonya Staab has just the thing. Create your own Easter themed checkers game with some basic craft materials and a piece of plywood. This activity is a little more time consuming than some of the other Easter craft ideas on our list, but it provides endless hours of fun.

Tools and materials:

•  1 piece of thick ply wood
•  Acrylic paint
•  Egg cartons (24 egg cups)
•  Card stock
•  White pom poms
•  Clear school glue
•  Googly eyes
•  Black marker
•  Hobby knife
•  Scissors

4. Easter Egg Collage Bunting

Create your own vibrant Easter decorations with an egg collage bunting. For this activity, you can use glue and an assortment of craft bits ‘n’ pieces like Alice from New Young Mum, or paint, pencils, and markers to create your bunting. Kids of all ages will have a great time decorating their eggs and seeing their masterpieces hanging up on display.

• 4 sheets of card stock
• Assorted craft scraps: buttons, card shapes, stickers, etc.
PVA Glue
• Glitter
• Hole Punch
• Ribbon

5. DIY Paper Towel Roll Stamp

These easy homemade stamps from Alice at New Young Mum are a great activity for kids of all ages. Cut a paper towel middle into three pieces then push two of them into a point to make bunny ears. To make your stamp, attach them to a third roll (as pictured) using PVA glue. Once the glue has dried, it’s time to get stamping. If you’re looking for quick and easy Easter crafts for kids, you can’t go wrong with this gem.

6. Bunny Napkin Rings

Add a creative touch to your lunch setting with this Easter bunny napkin ring activity from Emma at Kids Craft Room. For this recyclable craft project, all you need is the tube from a paper towel roll, acrylic paint, paint brushes, scissors, and felt tip pens.To bring your bunny to life, cut the roll into 5cm segments and cut ‘V’ shapes to create the ears. The next step is the fun part – paint the rabbits, then draw on the details once they have had time to dry.
